2014 Tournament Rules Summary

I have updated my “Tournament Rules Summary” (baseball and softball) for 2014.

Note that the original version of the softball rules sheet published on 12-May-2014 failed to include the updated pitching rules for Majors and below approved at the 2014 Little League Congress. Those changes were integrated into the 20-May-2014 version of the softball sheet.
