I have (finally) updated my “Tournament Rules Summary” sheets (baseball and softball) for 2018.

There are a few new rules. These were covered in my post on 2018 Rule Changes, but include:
- An additional 15-run “mercy rule” has been added.
- Except in the 8/9/10 division, the number of visits to a pitcher has been reduced by one.
- Baseball pitchers are prohibited from pitching on three consecutive days, regardless of the circumstances.
- And, of course, the new rules for baseball bat eligibility apply.
