The 2020 version of the Little League Rules Index is now available for download. Kevin Hunter’s Little League Rules Index For those of you with smartphones, I’m still in the process of updating both the iOS and Android versions. For more information on that, stay tuned!

The following is a summary of the changes between the 2020 Little League Baseball and Softball regulations and rules and their 2019 counterparts. Also note that there is a downloadable version of this information at the bottom of the page.
