The 2016 version of the Little League Rules Index is now available for download. Kevin Hunter’s Little League Rules Index for 2016 For those of you with smartphones, I’m still in the process of updating both the iOS and Android versions. For more information on that, stay tuned!

I have updated my “Tournament Rules Summary” (baseball and softball) for 2015. See here for the appropriate links. The tournament rules are largely unchanged from 2014 – the changes that appeared in the rulebook this year were voted in at the 2014 Little League Congress and applied to tournament play last year.
