I’m pleased to announce that the 2014 version of the Little League Rules Index is now available for download. Kevin Hunter’s Little League Rules Index for 2014 For those of you with smartphones, I’m still in the process of updating both the iOS and Android versions. For more information on that, stay tuned!

I have updated my “Tournament Rules Summary” (baseball and softball) for 2013. The biggest change, of course, was the introduction of the Intermediate Division into baseball, plus the changes to the Mandatory Play rules. See here for the appropriate links.
