Little League Rules Index now available as an Android app.

I’m pleased to announce that, in addition to the traditional printed version and the iOS version, the 2013 Rules Index is now available as a Android app.

This app was developed in conjunction with Silver Bay Technologies, whose support is gratefully acknowledged, and is available through Google Play. (Search for “llumpires” through the “Play Store” app on your device.) It supports devices running Android 2.1 (Eclair) or later, and is available as a free download.
